Cancellation Policy

At Doggy Cool Strelley, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fair access to our dog exercise fields, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

•⁠ ⁠*No Refunds for Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: * If you need to cancel your booking and provide less than 24 hours notice, please note that we are unable to offer a refund.

•⁠ ⁠*Weather Conditions:* We will not offer refunds or move appointments due to weather conditions. Our fields remain available for use in all weather, and it is the responsibility of the booking party to decide whether to proceed.

•⁠ ⁠*Rescheduling a Booking:* If you wish to cancel and / or reschedule a future booking, you must give more than 24 hours notice. Please contact us via WhatsApp, social media, or email to request the booking be moved. You will not be able to reschedule your booking yourself directly through our website.
