Saying goodbye is never easy, which is why we provide daily updates to bridge the distance. Through photos, videos, and messages, witness your dog's adventure, including their nature play sessions, and see the happiness they radiate.

We go beyond the ordinary with our 5-star grooming facility. Treat your pooch to a spa-like experience at an additional cost, ensuring they return home not only relaxed but looking and feeling their absolute best. Our professional groomer Amy is dedicated to creating a tailored grooming regimen to suit your pet's needs.

Pricing
Our prices are per day. Check-in and Check-out times are between 8 am and 11:30 AM or 12:30 and 16:00. Specific drop-off and pick-up times must be agreed upon during booking. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance for your dog’s stay is due upon arrival.

We are open between 8 am to 10.30 am and 2 pm to 4.30 pm Monday to Sunday
Drop-off and pick-up times must be specified when booking. Afternoon checkouts are charged at our half-day daycare rate.
Boarding FAQ’s
Yes visits are very welcome and encouraged. This must be by appointment only. Please drop us a message at bookings@doggycooldaycare.co.uk to arrange a visit.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog(s) if we believe they are not suitable for our environment. Your dog’s safety and well-being are our top priorities.
Our prices are per night, and specific drop-off and pick-up times must be agreed upon at the time of booking. Cancellations or alterations must be made at least 14 days before your dog’s stay. A 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due when you drop off your dog. For current pricing, please visit our website or contact us directly.
Yes, all dogs must be in good health and have up-to-date vaccinations. Proof of vaccination must be provided upon request.
You are required to provide your dog’s food for their stay, along with clear labelling of their name and feeding instructions. You may also bring a limited number of personal items,
such as a blanket or toy, but we cannot guarantee their return in the same condition.
In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you or your designated emergency contact. However, we reserve the right to seek immediate veterinary
care for your dog if necessary. All associated costs will be your responsibility.
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your dog, The Doggy Cool Company LTD is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur during your dog’s stay.
We recommend having suitable pet insurance to cover unforeseen events.
Yes, we will send daily messages and photographs of your dog’s stay so you can stay connected with your furry friend while you’re away.
Yes, we do accept two dogs from the same household in the same kennel at the owner’s risk. Please let us know during the booking process if you wish to accommodate two dogs
together.
